Ratings Program
This program is used to offer direct weekly staff to student feedback. This system helps our students understand where they are making progress and where they need additional support on a daily basis. The ratings are based on meeting basic expectations, participation, attitude and behavior.
Points
Students earn their own spending money through the Valley View Work Ethic Program. We hold high expectations for our boys and in doing so, they learn the value of hard work and the rewards that follow. This is a value often lacking in today’s young boys. Duties include, but are not limited to daily chores, kitchen help, waitering, raking leaves, planting trees, and serving at meal time.
