Experiential Education

Valley View sets out to offer a broad range of “real life”, “real time” experiences for the students. The Experiential Education component at Valley View is evident within the school day, during evenings, and throughout the weekend. It takes on many forms ranging from school related community based field trips to after school trips to weekend and multi day trips locally, regionally, and abroad. Students engage in Community Service through several different local and regional venues, they participate in Academic and Career related field trip Explorations, they engage in a myriad of Wilderness based Adventures, and are known to focus on areas related to Environmental Stewardship.
